Kyla has been a real estate professional for over 16 years. She is a well-respected commercial broker whose focus has been and continues to be Cambridge, Somerville and the surrounding towns, where she has extensive knowledge and experience. Kyla has successfully represented owners and tenants in both the leasing and sales of office, retail, industrial and investment properties. In 1984 Kyla began her real estate career in Cambridge, at C. Brendan Noonan & Company. She was Vice President of their commercial department, receiving numerous awards during the company's affiliation with Prudential Real Estate. In 2000 Kyla joined Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT as a Vice President to assist them in expanding their Cambridge based commercial real estate division.
