Kyle Fishburn is an Assistant Vice President in Kennedy Wilson’s brokerage division and specializes in the leasing of anchored shopping centers throughout Greater Los Angeles. As a representative of institutional and private capital investors and tenants, Kyle has a passion for studying market trends and creating synergies at retail properties to drive value for his clients.
Prior to joining Kennedy Wilson, Kyle served as a Senior Associate at illi Commercial where his most notable work was representing Douglas Emmett at the Sherman Oaks Galleria, anchored by Arclight Cinemas, Cheesecake Factory, Paul Mitchell, Urban Home, PF Chang’s, and other national credit tenants.
Kyle is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a degree in Economics and minor in General Business. After college, he worked at Kennedy Wilson in the property services division as an assistant property manager overseeing 500,000+ square feet of commercial property.
