Bio
Kyle Pearce was born in Atlanta and raised on family land in Lithonia, GA. It was there, he grew a fondness for the sprawling neighborhoods that began dotting the landscape around him. Those neighborhoods brought new commercial businesses, grocery stores, restaurants, convenience, and most of all, new friends and family. Before attending school at Georgia Southern University, he saw tremendous growth in his community, where his once gravel road, nearly impassable by bike, was now a paved local cut-through with speed bumps installed to cut down on speeders. What was great for riding bikes with his friends had now become a problem for his grandmother, as she liked to walk the once quiet peaceful road, but now feared the increase in traffic and reckless drivers. A valuable lesson was learned about the pros and cons of community growth, change, and how it affects each individual.
After finishing school in Statesboro, GA, Kyle longed for the city life and moved back to Atlanta where he has resided for two decades. He’s familiar with the intown Atlanta area, residing in the neighborhoods of Cabbagetown, Grant Park, West End, and now in Reynoldstown. He enjoys the convenience, diversity, energy, and proximity to top-notch food that city life provides. He recognizes and appreciates each neighborhood’s uniqueness. And much like his early life, he has seen the changes in the landscape around intown Atlanta. Who would have guessed that a simple sidewalk, The Atlanta BeltLine, would bring forth so much change to the neighborhoods around the city.
Kyle has a passion for helping others, and after a taste of corporate life he yearned for something more fulfilling when he joined the team at Adams Realtors 5 years ago. He didn’t just find a job, but he found another family. He found a place where everyone works together and it felt like home. He is the Marketing Coordinator, works closely with the Adams Commercial Real Estate team, and is responsible for overseeing the daily activities in our Grant Park office.
Although he loves traveling, you’ll most likely find Kyle out and about town somewhere on a sunny day, probably not far from The BeltLine. Perhaps digging records in Little 5 Points, watching a Falcons game with friends in Decatur, enjoying a brewery in the West End, or eating at one of the many intown restaurants. He loves pet sitting for friends and family and during the holidays he devotes time to help Five Loaves and Two Fish serve the community
