Lamont has been affiliated with Mid-Atlantic since 1995, during which time he has facilitated a number of complex commercial and land transactions. A former local economic development official, Lamont has served the Cities of Norfolk and Portsmouth, as well as York and New Kent Counties. In addition to serving as an agent with Mid-Atlantic Commercial, Lamont manages Mid-Atlantic Communities, LLC, an affiliated land investment and development company specializing in residential projects. With 28 year's experience in the Hampton Roads area, Lamont has long-standing relationships with business and government leaders throughout the region. An active member of the community, Lamont has served on the Executive Committee of the Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Directors of the Williamsburg Land Conservancy, and as Past President of the Foodbank of the Virginia Peninsula.
