Mr. Schwarz currently represents over 4M square feet of industrial buildings for local and national owners. In addition to his primary focus on industrial leasing and sales, Mr. Schwarz has also had significant experience in office, retail, and land transactions. Mr. Schwarz has exclusively represented owners of over 300,000 square feet of suburban office buildings.
