Bio
Landen joined the Investment Properties Group of CBRE in June, 2021, specializing in private capital and investment-grade multifamily investment sales in Oklahoma and Arkansas. Teaming with Brian Donahue and the South Central Multifamily Group at CBRE, Landen prides himself on his research and analytical skills to assist clients in evaluating multifamily opportunities best suited to achieve their investment goals.
Prior to joining CBRE, Landen worked at ExxonMobil as a Wells Operations Supervisor, overseeing offshore installations of multi-million-dollar assets in South America. Landen is a graduate of Oklahoma State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Technology.
