Bio
As a Project Manager at Heartland LLC, Lanzi leverages her interdisciplinary background in city planning, real estate and finance, land use economics and spatial analytics to advise a variety of economic development and real estate projects for public and private clients. She assists with market research, site selection, financial analysis, underwriting, strategy development and implementation. She also assists with Heartland’s Chinese Partner Initiative.
Prior to joining Heartland, Lanzi worked with U3 Ventures, a Philadelphia-based real estate development firm, and worked with the New York-New Jersey CrossRail project. She also interned with The Reinvestment Fund and the Columbus Chamber of Commerce. Lanzi received a Master’s degree in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania School of Design with a concentration in Public-Private Development. She received a Bachelor of Science in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University. She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), NAIOP and serves on NAIOP’s Sustainable Development Committee, board of ULI Northwest’s Young Leaders Group Leadership Team and Seattle Chinatown International District Preservation and Development Authority.
