A native Washingtonian, Larry has a 15-year tenure in commercial real estate, specializing in land. He has procured and closed deals with the most prominent developers and home builders in the Northern Virginia area. Larry has the ability to forge relationships and alliances with landowners to compile land assemblages of adjoining parcels to produce marketable and developable projects for his clients, while providing equitable financial return to the landowners. Larry has served on the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors and was Chairman of the Planning Commission for the Dulles District. In addition, he has service on the Board of Directors for INOVA Loudoun Hospital and Loudoun Water. These unique experiences allow Larry to offer clients an intuitive insight for how, where, and when development can occur.
