Larry is an industry veteran, specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial properties (warehouse, manufacturing, research and development and “flex” facilities) in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
Larry has completed over $1 Billion of transaction value over his career, with over 500 million square feet of property sold or leased.
Larry represents both national/international corporations and prominent private/entrepreneurial companies and individuals. He has concluded multiple consulting assignments for local leading lending institutions and national pension fund/asset advisors, and has significant familiarity with municipal financing programs, environmental issues and bankruptcy matters.
