If you are looking for one of the most unique resumes in Sandhills real estate, Larry Bergin checks that box. He earned a Bachelor of Communication Arts in Writing and Directing for Film and Television from San Francisco, CA. Between his love for golfing and music, he has traveled to over 25 countries. He worked in the entertainment industry both as a television producer and touring musician. He was a line producer in Hollywood for a while, worked as a freelance videographer, produced an award winning one-hour live music variety show in the Bay Area and was the technical director of a children's game show with Nickelodeon. He was a touring drummer for several major acts in the 90's and is currently the touring drummer for the group Spiral Stairs. He turned to professional golf in 1999. He played mini-tour events in AZ before taking the job as the lead golf instructor at the Palmetto Dunes Resort on Hilton Head Island for two years, then bought and managed two full-service golf retail stores on Hilton Head for several years. Larry has been living in the Sandhills since 2011, became a realtor in 2019, and focuses primarily on commercial real estate clients, while serving those with residential goals and dreams as well.
