Raised in Federal Way, Larry's Father owned a large Real Estate company called Nordberg and Associates in Federal Way that sold most of the new homes built in the late 60's and early 70's in Federal Way, West Auburn, and West Kent area. Larry went to Federal Way High School, Worked in auto body and painting for 4 years, He opened a successful automotive company called Nordberg Auto Body and Federal Way Auto Sales for 7 years. Larry has been licensed for 40 Years as a real estate broker selling and listing real estate in the S. King, Pierce County, Kitsap and Mason county area. During this time, he worked for All American Homes and Real Estate 2000 Corp. Also, during these 40 years in Real Estate he worked for American Brokerage LLC for 4 years as a mortgage loan officer. Larry is married to his wife Marina Nordberg, and they have two children Ilya and Nina. They currently live on the waterfront at Hood Canal and he has owned eight homes and some commercial property. So, if you can count his father’s experience in Real Estate who passed away in the early 70's Larry would say he has 68 years in Real Estate. (All his life)
