Larry Rice has managed a diverse portfolio of commercial retail shopping centers and office buildings, including over 400,000 square feet of retail shopping centers and over 130,000 square feet of office space. He is most active in the brokerage, leasing, and management of commercial real estate properties located in West, North and Central Texas regions.
