Personal Background Larry has expertise in residential housing and development. With over 10 years experience in plumbing at West Point United States Military Academy, Larry has a vast knowledge of home construction. Larry is married and has one child. He was an Assistant Scout Master here in Hickory over 10 years, and also coached youth soccer & basketball. Larry has volunteered at Clyde Campbell Elementary and Longview Elementary Schools. He was nominated for the “Giving from the Heart” Award given from the Catawba County United Way. He was a founding member of the Challenger Early College High School PSO, and served 2 terms as President / President elect.
