Larry Spinelli manages and oversees the future development of Binswanger’s ever-expanding national sales force, as well as the continued growth of their extensive national alliance partnerships.
Presently, Mr. Spinelli serves as President of Binswanger’s National Sales Team. He is recognized as a top producer and assisted with the management, development, and training of sales professionals and staff. Throughout his illustrious career, he represented a full spectrum of industrial property types, including manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, food processing, research and development, “back office” operations, heavy crane facilities, and large industrial complexes.
Prior to returning to Binswanger, Mr. Spinelli served as a Senior Vice President in First Industrial’s Integrated Industrial Solutions (IISÔ) corporate real estate program, where he specialized in providing real estate solutions to corporate customers in the Northeast region.
Previous to his position at First Industrial, he headed the Industrial Services Group at Jones Lang LaSalle, where his primary focus was assisting corporations with the evaluation, acquisition, disposition, management, build-to-suit and leasing of industrial oriented assets.
Over his 30 years, Mr. Spinelli has completed numerous transactions across North America and has direct experience in handling project types for logistics, manufacturing, food production, technical services and life sciences throughout the Northeast, Midwest, Mid-South, and Southeast regions of the US.
Mr. Spinelli earned a BS in Education, including postgraduate work from West Chester University in Pennsylvania. He is a licensed real estate professional in the states of Tennessee and Kentucky. He is also a member of the Industrial Asset Management Counsel (IAMC) and the Warehouse Education Research Counsel (WERC). He also serves on the board for United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of Middle Tennessee.
