Laura Mondrick joined The Keith Corporation in 2012 and has worked on both the Development Team and the Brokerage team, specializing in retail projects. Her past experience ranges from working in Manhattan’s high-end residential real estate market to site selection and project management of commercial retail projects across the United States.
At The Keith Corporation, she has managed projects for clients such as Advance Auto Parts, Tractor Supply Company, Grocery Outlet Inc., McDonalds, and Sunbelt Rentals. Laura has also worked on both sides of the development process- as a broker and a construction project manager with duties ranging from site selection, contract and easement negotiation, obtaining entitlements, construction timeline/budget creation and management, and coordination with general contractors, architects, and engineers.
Laura is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance and Business Management. She is licensed in North Carolina and is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
