As a development analyst for Criterion, Laura Karls is involved in the ground up development process for Texas projects, including site selection, due diligence, project design coordination, marketing, construction draws and lease-up activities, as well as portfolio management for other company owned assets.
Prior to joining Criterion, Laura worked in sales and contract administration for Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation.
Laura earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Towson University in Baltimore, Maryland.
