Laura Walheim began her career in commercial real estate as an analyst at Mellon McMahan Realty Advisors in San Francisco representing pension fund real estate portfolios. Laura was the liaison between Acquisitions (office, retail and industrial properties) and Asset Management/Accounting.
Laura moved to the San Joaquin Valley in 1991 and began her Brokerage career with Zeeb Commercial Real Estate in Visalia. She is a skilled negotiator with 30 years of experience in leasing, build-to-suit projects, investment properties, and straight up sales. Laura represents a broad range of clients: property owners, tenants and investors from the small single proprietor to major corporations. She is well connected locally with City & County officials, developers, contractors, architects, designers, etc.
Laura and her husband live on a 17-acre specialty citrus ranch in Exeter, CA. She participates in several non-profits and is a past president and current member of Networking for Women.
