Lauren provides both tenant and landlord advisory services in New York City. She is also dedicated to expanding Transwestern’s client relationships throughout the Northeast region.
Real Estate Forum recognized Lauren as one of Tomorrow’s Leaders in 2014.
As a transaction broker, Lauren has represented clients with their office space needs across various industries. Her clients include Prologis, Silver Lane Advisors, Yieldex (acquired by AppNexus), Alliance Bernstein and Exotix Partners. Lauren represented the Onassis Foundation, in marketing and leasing 645 Fifth Avenue prior to its recent sale.
Before joining Transwestern in 2012, Lauren was with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank where she represented many tenants in various industries. Additionally, Lauren served as the director of business development at the Empire State Building. In this role, she focused on marketing and leasing the nearly three million square foot building. Lauren was involved in over 500,000 square feet of leasing transactions during her tenure. She was responsible for executing a consolidation program and played an integral role in designing/marketing newly developed prebuilt suites.
Lauren began her career in real estate at Cushman & Wakefield. As an associate in the Global Business Development Group, Lauren represented institutional clients such as TIAA-CREF and Citigroup.
