Bio
Lauren Dawicki is the Director for CBRE’s National Partners Northeast team. She has over 13 years of experience in commercial real estate specializing in valuation and disposition of investment properties. Lauren works directly with clients, brokers, internal analytical and design team members, and external consultants/vendors to facilitate proposals, marketing materials, financial analysis, and transaction management through close of escrow. Since joining CBRE in 2016, Lauren has spearheaded the transactions from the RFP process through closing for more than $4.7 billion of logistics and land dispositions, totaling approximately 57.1 million square feet.
Lauren is also a member of CBRE National Partners, a partnership that delivers superior strategy and execution over the industrial property life cycle. Located in the 8 key logistics hubs, the 72 investment sales and support professionals connect local market insight to a national capital markets perspective. Enhanced by a fully integrated debt platform, the National Partners team are able to achieve remarkable results for their national, regional and local clients. In 2020, the team successfully completed 291 transactions totaling 236 million square feet with an aggregate value of $20 billion.
Prior to joining CBRE, Lauren worked as a Vice President on an Investment Sales Team within JLL’s Americas Capital Market Group. Her primary responsibilities included managing the eight member Philadelphia Investment Sale team while providing analysis, valuation, due diligence, marketing and closing of various types of real estate transactions and property types for institutions, public companies, fund managers, financial institutions and property developers.
