Lauren Hughes has been a top performing broker in the Rutland region since 1993, working primary with Century 21 Rutland Realty and Century 21 Premiere Properties from 1993-2002.
In 2002, she founded The Hughes Group Team which quickly became the Top Producing Team in all of Central New England from 2004-2019.
Lauren had the distinct honor of being named Realtor of the Year by Rutland County Board of Realtors in 2003
A commendable achievement of The Hughes Group Team was closing 26 million in Sales in 2019.
Lauren’s community service includes serving as a board member of the Rutland Region Chamber of Commerce and for Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice of the Southwest Region (formerly known as Rutland Area Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice – RAVNAH) between 2004-2008.
In 2020, Lauren became the Principal Broker for newly formed Casella Real Estate.
