Lauren Tabeek, CCIM, serves as a managing director in Newmark’s Las Vegas office, where she specializes in retail brokerage services, including landlord and tenant representation, leasing, owner-user sales, investment sales, property valuation and financial analysis, site selection, and contract negotiations. Ms. Tabeek joined Newmark in 2019, teaming with Managing Director Michael Zobrist to provide strategic real estate services to national, regional and local clients in the Southern Nevada market. Ms. Tabeek’s 15-year commercial real estate career includes serving as director of retail at Cushman & Wakefield; senior associate of retail with Voit Real Estate Services; and senior advisor in retail with NAI Global of Las Vegas. She also worked for five years at Grubb & Ellis, now a part of Newmark, as part of a top-producing retail team.
Education
Ms. Tabeek graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business-marketing.
