Laurie Dome joined Merlone Geier in 2017. Her primary responsibility is lease renewals for owned assets in the Southern California region.
Prior to joining Merlone Geier, from 1999 to 2016, Ms. Dome was a Vice President for Business Properties Management Company responsible for portfolio wide lease negotiations and administration with oversight of rent collections, tenant improvements and property upgrades. From 1992 to 1999, she served as Property Manager for office, retail and industrial properties throughout Southern California.
Ms. Dome graduated from the University of San Diego in 1990 with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a minor in English. Ms. Dome is a licensed real estate broker and is resident in the firm’s Orange County office.
