Laurie Mazzotta is the Founder and President/Broker of The Mazzotta Group, and has been in the retail real estate business since 1987. At first she was associated with Turnburry Associates in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Ms. Mazzotta handled the property management of 1,000,000 square feet of retail space at Monroeville Mall. From 1989 until 1991; Ms. Mazzotta was responsible for the management and tenant relationships at Towson Town Center in Towson, Maryland, through the Hahn Company, San Diego, California. As part of the redevelopment, she worked cooperatively with the existing tenants for the center remodel and negotiating rent relief. Prior to opening, and continuing thereafter, she was responsible for the specialty leasing program and property management. From 1991 until present, she founded and has cultivated Retail Strategies, Inc. now known as The Mazzotta Group. Ms. Mazzotta works with a variety of retailers.
