Larry Epstein joined Savills’ Boston office in 2021 as Senior Managing Director advising multi-market and single tenant users of space –from law firms to financial and professional services companies to life science and tech-startups. With a specialty in the downtown and greater Boston area, he’s served as a strategic advisor to his clients – assisting them in crafting real estate and location strategies that align and meet his client’s business’ objectives. Larry’s attention to detail, negotiating skill, business acumen and market knowledge are just some of the qualities that has set him apart throughout his career. Larry joined Savills following the company’s 2021 partnership with T3 Advisors -- the leading real estate and workplace solutions advisor to technology and life sciences companies.
He’s recently relocated to the South Florida market to help grow Savills presence in West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Prior to joining Savills, he served as a Principal/Partner at Avison Young, where his team arranged 260 transactions totaling approximately 2.6 million square feet, representing $970 million in transaction value in just five (5) years. Larry began his real estate career in 2000 at Colliers International where he worked for sixteen (16) years
