Larry Wolfe is a vice chairman and co-head of the Lodging Capital Markets group at Newmark Knight Frank. Prior to joining NKF in 2018, Mr. Wolfe was the founder and co-head of Eastdil Secured's lodging investment banking and brokerage group. During his 30 years at Eastdil Secured, Mr. Wolfe became one of the industry's most prolific advisors, completing over $200 billion of property sales, debt placements and M&A advisory on behalf of REITs, C-Corps, private equity firms, high-net-worth investors and sovereign wealth funds. Under his leadership, Eastdil Secured was consistently ranked as the nation's most active hotel broker. Mr. Wolfe was also a partner in Eastdil Realty, the predecessor of Eastdil Secured, and served on both firms' management committees.
Mr. Wolfe's notable recent transactions include the sale of the Waldorf Astoria New York on behalf of Hilton Hotels, The W New York on behalf of Host Hotels and the Ritz Carlton and JW Marriot Grande Lakes Resort in Orlando.
