Lawson rejoined Savills in 2018 as a senior managing director in the Northern Virginia office. Lawson’s focus is on companies with multiple locations. Lawson has provided transaction support and served as the lead account manager for a number of regional and national accounts since he started in the industry in 1993. Account clients have included firms such as CACI, Rolls-Royce, ValueOptions, AAA and Morgan Stanley. Lawson’s years of experience in commercial real estate and legal background give him valuable insight into how to help manage a real estate portfolio to save money and maximize efficiency. Prior to rejoining Savills, Lawson was a senior managing director at Cushman & Wakefield for five years. Before beginning his commercial real estate career with Savills in 1993, Lawson was a commercial litigation attorney with O’Neil, Eichen, Miller & Breckinridge. Lawson is a two-time winner of the Savills ‘Workhorse Award’ for most transactions completed per year within the region.
