Layne Voorhees is a Senior Associate with CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services Group and exclusively represents office Occupiers throughout the Denver Metro area. Layne joined CBRE in 2017 as a Research Analyst working in both the Industrial and Office sectors before moving into brokerage.
Prior to joining CBRE, Layne graduated from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business. While at DU, she was a 4-year letter winner on the Women’s D1 Lacrosse team which she captained her senior season. She now coaches youth lacrosse in Denver and serves on the Emerging Leaders Board for ACE Scholarships Colorado.
