Layth earned a B.A. in Electrical Engineering & Business Management in 1987. However, he had a passion for the real estate business. So he started his journey 20 years ago as a real estate investor. He believes he is very lucky to have moved to Charlotte in 2010 and fell in love with the Queen City. "There are great opportunities for everybody." Moreover, he speaks Arabic language , so he can assessed any immigrant who needs his help.
