With over 38 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Black provides in-depth market knowledge, professionalism, and tenacity in representing his clients. His proven track record is a result of his precise and strategic management of all aspects of the transaction process, and complex negotiation abilities. Mr. Black has closed over 23 million square feet of transactions with clients including GTE/Verizon, LBA Realty, Sears, Amgen, Weyerhaeuser, Lockheed Martin, The Foursquare Church and many more. Prior to joining KW Commercial, he was a Managing Principal with CBC Advisors and was an Executive Managing Director at Cassidy Turley/DTZ. Before that, he spent six years at NAI Capital and was awarded top producer companywide in 2011. Mr. Black also spent three years at Newmark Knight Frank as Managing Principal and 12 years at Cushman & Wakefield as Executive Director where he was continually recognized nationally as a top-producing broker, including #1 in the Western Region in 2001.
