Bio
Lee Boddie has in-depth knowledge and experience in the areas of commercial real estate, real estate development, and syndications. He launched his career as a commercial underwriter where he developed an expertise in property evaluations for industrial, office, and retail spaces for large-scale enterprises. He was able to help several multinational corporations reduce operational costs and generate cash flow as they expanded and acquired new properties.
This eventually led to running his own insurance and financial services business in Los Angeles, California. Many of Lee’s clients were business owners, real estate developers, and investment companies who frequently bought and sold commercial buildings. It was in this capacity that he led development teams in creating the highest and best use for underperforming assets.
Soon after, he achieved success in working with investors who wanted to generate larger returns through restructuring leases and sale-leasebacks with owners/users. Having been a liaison on acquisition teams, he became known for his ability to negotiate and get deals done ahead of schedule. Utilizing his extensive background, Lee is now advising his commercial real estate clients with a focus in retail, offices, and investment sales
Lee received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from Rockhurst University. Through business ventures, he has invested in the success of students by creating internship programs that focus on skill development. He is also actively involved with single mother outreach organizations that connect families to resources such as childcare and family therapy.
