Since becoming licensed in 2006 Lee has gained 16 years of comprehensive real estate knowledge and experience. Prior to joining Colliers, Lee spent over a decade serving as a land broker for Southeastern Land Group and also worked as a commercial real estate appraiser for Integra Realty Resources.
Throughout his career, Lee has listed and sold thousands of acres with a multitude of intended uses. He was also responsible for performing valuations on hundreds of properties with a total volume in excess of 1.5B. Through his experience through property valuation and brokerage, Lee gained vast knowledge in a variety of properties including single-family residential, multi-family apartment and condominium, retail, office, industrial, vacant land, recreational land, timber/agricultural land, subdivisions, conservation easements, condemnation, litigation, real estate trust, and mixed-use properties.
