Bio
Investment real estate and Corporate Services is my passion. I love to take care of corporate clients that have multiple locations and ensure all aspects of their real estate are taken care of. Investment property is fascinating to me. Learning and diving into the numbers to learn all the details about a property and how it is a good or bad investment is something I seek out.
I have extensive experience in industrial real estate as well as investment property.
Being in a smaller market I tend to do a little of everything and my scope of experience shows this as I have done everything from build to suit industrial projects, retail and office sales and leasing as well as land projects.
I have a great understanding of site selection as well as I have done extensive work in this field with large companies known for their great site selection. i.e. CVS, Chase Bank, etc.
