As Vice President, Real Estate Accounting, Leeann Attanucci is responsible for the accounting of operating properties, developments, and lease administration.
Leeann joined Cousins in September 2012. Leeann has previously served as the Vice President, Corporate Accounting and Reporting, and was responsible for internal and SEC reporting, corporate accounting, payroll, and consolidation accounting. She played instrumental roles in the accounting and reporting of the TIER merger and Parkway merger and spin-off.
Prior to joining Cousins, Leeann was a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. In this role, she was primarily responsible for leading audit engagements. During her seven years at PwC, Leeann served clients in the asset management industry, including real estate funds, broker-dealers, transfer agents, mutual funds, timber funds, and private equity funds, in both Boston, MA and Atlanta, GA.
Leeann is a licensed CPA in Georgia.
