Leigh has been in the real estate field for more than 13 years. She is Property Manager of the Brookwood Office Center, a 170,000 square foot Class A Building located in Homewood, Alabama, as well as Chase Corporate Center, a 210,000-square-foot Class A building, located in Hoover, Alabama. Both Buildings are the only LEED Certified Multi-Tenant Office Buildings in the City of Birmingham.
Her experience includes management of the Financial Center (311,000 SF) and the Colonial Bank Building (122,000 SF) along with various other retail and medical-office properties. Leigh has also extensive experience managing tenant and capital improvements and alterations.
