Leland Middleton rejoined Savills in 2018 as a corporate managing director in the Northern Virginia office. Leland’s specialty is assisting companies with multiple locations manage their real estate portfolios. Over the course of her career, she has been a transaction manager for a number of different accounts including the law firm Nelson Mullins, AAA Mid-Atlantic, MVM and ValueOptions. An expert in her field, Leland is well-versed in market research, lease administration, financial analysis, portfolio optimization and acquisitions and dispositions. Leland has represented been representing tenants nationally and across the region since 1993. She began her career in real estate working for Transwestern before joining Savills in 2003 where her first tenure lasted for over eight years. After spending almost five years with Cushman & Wakefield as a managing director, Leland rejoined forces with Savills. Leland has been widely recognized for her commercial real estate prowess. While at Transwestern, Leland was presented with multiple ‘Top Producer’ awards.
