Len Meyer is a native of Georgia and a graduate of The University of Georgia. Upon graduating from UGA with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, Len continued his education with a year and a half of post-baccalaureate studies in resource management at the University of Montana’s School of Forestry.
Prior to moving to the Lowcountry, Len began his Real Estate career with a focus on land and timber sales while managing company land holdings throughout Louisiana and Mississippi. Upon relocating to the Charleston area in 2001, he accepted a builder position with a regional homebuilder, and spent the next two years learning the Charleston Real Estate Market. In early 2004 Len transitioned back into real estate brokerage with a focus on land acquisitions for multi-family and mixed-use developments as well as working with both buyers and sellers of commercial investment properties. Additionally he works with clients on infill and redevelopment opportunities and with Banks in the evaluation and marketing of their REO Properties. Len also helps clients with their leasing needs in both Tenant and Landlord Representation.
Active in the Charleston Community, Len is a member of Holy Cross Episcopal Church on Sullivan’s Island, has volunteered from time to time with the local non-profit group Share Our Suzy, and served as a Committee Chair for the Komen Lowcountry Race for the Cure from 2011 – 2013.
