Leslie H. Cox, CCIM
Leslie H. Cox, CCIM, has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience. Leslie is currently a licensed real estate broker and auctioneer in the State of Texas. Mr. Cox has held a real estate broker’s license in Colorado, Oklahoma and Alabama.
Leslie has represented buyers and sellers of office buildings, retail shopping centers, NNN leased properties, historic downtown office buildings, medical office buildings, hotels and multifamily assets.
Leslie’s past and current clients include private equity groups, banks, government entities, family trust and individual investors.
Mr. Cox has held the position of managing director at Sperry Van Ness in Texas, president of Brazos Valley Realty, vice president of Western Centers and owner of Cox Commercial Real Estate.
Leslie is a licensed private pilot and recently received FAA approval to operate UAV (Drones) for commercial purposes.
Leslie is a member of the North Texas CCIM chapter, North Texas Commercial Association of Real Estate Professionals, Texas Association of Realtors, National association of Realtors and the Collin County Association of Realtors.
