Having joined James Barr in July 2004, Lewis has gained considerable experience within the industrial market across the Central Belt acting on behalf of institutional landlords, developers and private individuals. Now situated in the Industrial & Logistics property specialist, based in Edinburgh with a focus on the east of Scotland - covering acquisition, disposal, development and general agency advice.
Considerable experience across various other sectors, including disposal and acquisition/re-gear of city centre and business park offices, development land disposals and Scotland wide retail disposals.
