Lidia joined NAI Capital in 2005 as Associate of the firm’s Ontario’s Office. Her experience spans more than 14 years in the industry and includes the Sale and Leasing of over 1,000,000 SF of retail space in Southern California.
Lidia specializes in retail brokerage services throughout the Inland Empire of Southern California. She has extensive expertise in Seller and Buyer representation, Landlord and Tenant representation, ground-up development projects, as well as triple net leased investments to sole proprietors and corporate clientele alike.
Lidia possesses several skills that are valuable assets for conducting business throughout the commercial real estate industry.
