Lina moved to St. Louis in 1996 from Russia and studied business at the University of Missouri – St. Louis earning a BS degree in economics and accounting, graduating Cum Laude. She futhered her education at UCLA taking advanced real estate & business courses such as: ·Fundamentals of Commercial Real Estate ·How to start, run & grow your own successful business ·Acquisition of small to midsize businesses Lina has a business background working for John Hancock Financial Services in sales and marketing. She also worked for Arthur J. Gallaher, located in LA, in the commercial property insurance division. Lina owned and operated a successful small business in Santa Monica for 3 years before moving to St. Louis. She is very involved in her community and is associated with Project Hope Adoption. She is bilingual and speaks Russian and English fluently. In 2013 Lina opened her own brokerage company CVN Properties. During 2021-2023 she has represented Higher Ground Education in their expanding efforts in over 22 states.
