Linda has over 30-years in the commercial real estate industry in both the public and private sectors. Her passion is land use that supports her expertise in finding an optimal location for a particular use that respects market conditions as well as jurisdictional entitlement requirements. Linda has extensive experience in land acquisition and selling and tenant and landlord/seller representation . She builds alliances with the development community, entitlement and regulatory officials and the general public to best serve her client's needs and aspirations. Linda has been appointed by the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors to the Economic Development Commission, the Fiscal Impact Committee, the Facilities Standards Manual Advisory Committee and the Water Resource Committee.
