Linda Keefe is a specialist in the sale and purchase of unentitled land, entitled land and developed lots in master-planned communities and residential subdivisions. Over the past twenty-plus years, she has closed more than $400 million in sales. She handles urban mixed-use projects, including condominiums, apartments and commercial uses, as well as the sale of distressed properties for lenders throughout the Southeast. Linda identifies assets for acquisition by investment funds and frequently works for buyers on an assignment basis.
