Bio
Lindy began her career in commercial real estate after graduating from Southwest Missouri State
in 2006 with a degree in Finance and Real Estate. Lindy joined BRE Phoenix/ Cassidy Turley where
she focused on landlord representation and tenant representation in a quickly growing market. In
2011, after moving back to Kansas City from the Phoenix area, Lindy joined KeyBank Real Estate
Services where she underwrote transactions in CMBS commercial property loans and fine tuning
her finance skills.
Lindy joined the retail team at CBRE in 2013. During her tenure at CBRE Lindy worked on project
leasing, tenant representation and investment sales. Lindy played an active role in both the sale
of a portfolio of iconic properties containing nearly 1 million square feet developed by JC Nichols
and also the project leasing of these assets. She had the opportunity to also lease other highly
sought after Class A retail properties and represented many notable users including: AT&T, Boot
Barn, Qdoba, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill and Power Life Yoga to name a few.
As a Senior Producer at Cadence, Lindy sources new opportunities for clients and participates in
underwriting new developments and opportunities. Her broad experience collaborating on all
types of real estate transactions, coupled with her finance background, allows Lindy to provide
her clients with market expertise and creative strategizing on their real estate goals.
Lindy is actively involved in the Kansas City community as a member of the Junior League of
Kansas City, Missouri as well as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society where she serves as the
co-chair of the Executive Leadership Committee for the Man & Woman of the Year campaign
which she has been involved in for three years.
