Ms. Pelloni home is in Charleston with over 24 years of experience in the multifamily industry with A+ to D, lease-up and stabilized assets, including suburban areas, reposition asset, and mixed use developments. Lisa previously served in a Senior Vice President role for Churchill Forge and oversaw a portfolio of approximately 3,600 owned assets in the Charleston, Florida North Carolina and Georgia.
Lisa has expertise in high barrier to entry markets and competitive soft markets specializing in both garden and mid-rise developments. She has proven abilities to hire, train, evaluate, and motivate associates. Lisa is both a problem solver and a developer of talent, and has great strengths in budgeting and financial management, due diligence and acquisitions, marketing with social media, developing marketing and business plans, and strategic planning for distressed communities.
Currently Lisa serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Adalease Property Management, Inc. She has spent the last 3 years growing the management platform to oversee third-party owned assets in the Charleston area. Managing multifamily assets for A to D lease-up and specializing in reposition assets. Lisa brings a unique ability to build solid and sustaining teams, and possesses strong local market expertise.
The National Apartment Association, a coalition of thousands of apartment and independent rental owners across the country, offers valuable learning opportunities through their IRO, Independent Rental Owner, curriculum. Lisa is an active member of the NAA and currently serves on the IRO committee and Lease advisory committee. She was awarded a national scholarship to participate in the NAA’s Leadership Lyceum program and graduate in 2015. Locally, Lisa has been an advocate for the Charleston Apartment Association and has served in multiple capacities on the Board of Directors. Lisa held the position of Vice President from 2014-2016 and President of the association for the 2016-2018 term. Currently, she serves as the immediately past President position.
