Bio
Lisa Rhudy is Vice President – Asset Management with Pattillo Industrial Real Estate and is responsible for the economic performance of Pattillo’s existing portfolio of over 200 buildings. Working with a team of asset management professionals, Lisa is responsible for marketing and listing agreements, lease negotiations and ultimate dispositions of buildings. She is also responsible for property management through a team of professionals led by Janet Moseley. Lisa began with Pattillo in 1993 as the manager of a hotel owned and operated by Pattillo. After successfully leading the hotel through its first major renovation and the 1996 Olympics, she joined the Pattillo corporate office providing operational leadership to the renovation and maintenance arm of the company. Her role entailed marketing, negotiating, and leasing properties for Pattillo properties within the Metro Atlanta market while also maintaining and supporting her tenant relationships. Simultaneously, she also helped develop, support and maintain the company’s first integrated property database. In 2011, Lisa established a new Property Management division of the company including building a team with responsibility for the occupancy experience of over 300 tenants in over 200 buildings in the Southeast U.S. Lisa is a graduate of Leadership CREW, Leadership DeKalb, and is currently involved with CREW Atlanta, BOMA, and the Stone Mountain Community Improvement District.
