Bio
Lizann McGowan brings 23 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in selling investment properties on behalf of institutions, pension fund advisors, corporations, REITs, lenders, and developers throughout the Greater Philadelphia region. McGowan joined Newmark in January 2018 and currently co-leads the Multifamily Investment Sales practice in the region with her partner, Erin Miller.
Prior to joining Newmark, McGowan was Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Capital Markets Institutional Properties in Philadelphia, where she led the multifamily housing practice, and was a member of CBRE’s prestigious Institutional Group, consisting of 50 members within the firm’s Capital Markets vertical who focus on large, transactions. Throughout her career, McGowan has been involved in transactions totaling over $15 billion, including some of the largest and most complex in the region.
