Loralie Ogden serves as a global advisor to office tenants and landlords, with a focus on representing high-growth companies in the consumer, digital media and entertainment sectors. In her role at CBRE Group, Loralie holds an established track record of guiding Los Angeles, CA-based occupiers with complex service needs, including users in film, television and game publishing. Loralie’s vast industry knowledge enables her to execute successful lease transactions across single and multi-location office portfolios. She acted as an exclusive representative to Alpha Group for its 40,000 sq. ft. El Segundo and Miracle Mile offices, Dollar Shave Club for its 42,000 sq. ft. Marina Del Rey headquarters, and Mythical for its 40,000 sq. ft. Burbank campus.
Loralie also represents buyers and sellers within traditional office and industrial contexts. Her integrated approach to deal structuring not only seeks to yield long-term economic benefits, but also makes Loralie an optimal partner for owner-users, developers, and institutional investors. Within her occupancy consulting practice, Loralie employs value-add strategies aimed to reduce overhead costs and maintain durable tenancy. Throughout the course of each engagement, Loralie emphasizes a wholistic recognition of client requirements from design and construction to engineering and auxiliary building services. In North America, Loralie provides consulting solutions to clients such as Casper, FanDuel, Ferguson, New York Times, Sonos, and The Third Floor.
