Bio
Prior to CB Richard Ellis, he was an Associate Director with the Insignia/ESG Retail Group, having been with the firm since 1998.
Since entering the retail real estate industry, Loren has represented many of Manhattan's most renowned property owners, and has been instrumental in arranging transactions involving some of New York's most recognizable retailers.
As owner representative, Loren has negotiated numerous transactions on behalf of prominent landlords such as Tishman Speyer Properties, Boston Properties, Sterling Equities, Emmes Asset Management, Taconic Investment Partners and World Wide Holdings Corporation.
Loren has also completed deals which have secured new locations for numerous regional, national and international retailers including Charles Schwab, Signature Bank, The North Face, Pacific Sunwear, Bobby Van's Steakhouse, Verizon Wireless and Stefano Ricci, just to name a few.
Prior to joining Insignia/ESG, Loren worked with Bear, Stearns and Company.
