Bio
Whether her clients are pulling up their roots or putting down new ones, top-producing agent Lori Alvarez guides them through the real estate process with passion and heart. Beginning a career in commission sales at the age of 15 and studying communications and journalism in college, Lori figured out how to work just as smart as she does hard to help her clients achieve maximum results — both emotionally and financially.
Lori earned her real estate license in 2006, but she kick-started her career 10 years earlier when she brought two families together to help them sell a house. Lori wasn’t licensed yet, but she facilitated a successful transaction that set up both parties to build their family legacies, and it ignited the spark for what was to come. After making her real estate career official — and becoming a third-generation agent in her family — Lori built an award-winning team from the ground up and provided her clients with top-notch service. Her career transaction volume of more than $458 million includes $58 million in sales in the past two years alone and is a testament to her workhorse personality.
She has since expanded her industry fluency and services by earning Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI®) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designations, and she punctuates each transaction with a passion for helping people build wealth through real estate. Lori’s personal experiences in owning multiple properties and successfully buying and selling multiple homes deepen her ability to assist her clients from a client-centric perspective.
Away from real estate, Lori enjoys fitness, reading, and spending time with her Latin hot-blooded Ecuadorian hubby of 24 years (and counting) and her four adult sons, who work for and with her. Together, they also nurture their self-growth. A self-described “God-centered, faith-filled woman,” she’s as devoted to serving her community as she is to her clients, and she donates her time to a variety of nonprofit initiatives through mentoring and leadership.
