Bio
Ms. Newman has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since early 2001, and spent her first four years in administrative capacities providing executive and broker support. Her knowledge from the administrative and property management aspects of the business enhance her skills as an associate. A licensed real estate professional, Ms. Newman focuses on leasing requirements for her clients, with an emphasis on retail and office space.
Ms. Newman was a commercial associate with Brenner Real Estate Group from 2005 -2007, and then worked with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT until recently. She has now re-joined the Brenner team equipped with additional experience in leasing gained during her Coldwell Banker tenure. Ms. Newman owned her own small business for approximately 10 years. Previously, she spent 12 years involved in the public relations and communications arena in a variety of capacities. These experiences involved both the private and non-profit sectors, providing Ms. Newman an opportunity to produce results within a broad range of environments where the art of negotiation was the key to success.
Ms. Newman has been very involved with the Jewish Federation of Greater Ft. Lauderdale, having been the recipient of the Young Leadership Volunteer of the Year Award. She has served on the Board of Temple Beth Am and was very active in the Sisterhood. She is currently on the Coral Springs Festival of the Arts Committee and handles PR for that event. She is also a graduate of Leadership Miami. She is an active member of PNA and Women’s Prosperity Network.
